Ming Li is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the AI and software development sectors. Currently a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since September 2025, Ming previously served as CTO at Artisan, focusing on the creation of AI employees and SaaS solutions. Prior roles include VP of Technology at Deel, where platform development for global hiring took place, and Director of Engineering at Rippling, streamlining payroll and HR management. As CTO and cofounder of Rock, emphasis was placed on enhancing remote work capabilities. Additionally, Ming held engineering leadership positions at TikTok, NAUTO, Google, Technicolor, and UTStarcom. Ming earned a Master’s degree in Information System & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University.
