Mitchell Wortsman

Mitchell Wortsman is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mitchell was a PhD Student at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering from September 2019 to December 2023. Mitchell gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at Google DeepMind and Meta in 2023 and 2022, respectively, and previously completed internships at Apple, Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2), and Facebook. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Brown University.
