Paul Smith currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Anthropic since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions at ServiceNow, including Special Advisor, Chief Commercial Officer, and President of Global Customer and Field Operations from July 2020 to September 2025. During a tenure at Salesforce from March 2012 to July 2020, Paul excelled as EVP and UK GM and Executive Vice President for EMEA, driving significant growth in multiple cloud services.
