Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Anthropic since August 2025, Paul previously held multiple influential positions at ServiceNow, including President of Global Customer and Field Operations and Chief Commercial Officer. At Salesforce, Paul contributed as EVP and UK GM, as well as Executive Vice President for EMEA, where leadership in sales and go-to-market operations for various clouds led to significant growth in the Marketing Cloud sector. Prior to these roles, Paul was Managing Director at Techlightenment and co-founder and CEO of Umee, with a focus on early mobile development platforms. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Climate Change from the University of Plymouth.
