Roman Howe

Roman Howe currently serves as the Head of DACH and CEE at Anthropic since January 2026. Prior to this role, Roman was the Chief Revenue Officer at FactFinder, leading global revenue strategy and customer success initiatives. Roman held multiple leadership positions at Icertis, including Corporate Vice President for EMEA and Vice President of Customer Advocacy in Europe. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Salesforce, focusing on marketing cloud solutions and customer journey enhancement, as well as leadership at IBM Deutschland GmbH managing commerce solutions across the D-A-CH market. Roman holds a Diplom (BA) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Open University London.
