Shane Arora

Shane Arora is a Research Fellow at Anthropic, where they conduct AI Safety research in collaboration with fellow researchers. They also serve as a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Ai2, working on the development of the OLMo, a state-of-the-art generative large language model. Shane previously worked as a Senior ML Research Engineer at Ai2 and has held various positions, including Software Engineer at Microsoft and Tutor. They earned a Master of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Advanced Mathematics from the University of Sydney.
