Sofia Feld

Sofia Feld is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff (Manager) at Anthropic since February 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at NexHealth as Head of Engineering, Synchronizer and Engineering Manager from August 2022 to November 2024, as well as serving as Tech Lead/Manager at Indigov from March 2021 to August 2022. Earlier in her career, Sofia worked as a Software Engineer on the Core Platform at Moveworks between November 2019 and February 2021 and founded Veeto, taking on the role of CTO from February 2017 to October 2019. Sofia holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
