Taylor Starr

Taylor Starr is an experienced professional in stage and production management and recruiting coordination. Currently serving as the RC Team Lead and Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic since February 2024, Taylor has previously held various roles at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group from August 2017 to February 2024, including Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager for multiple productions. Taylor's experience also includes a role as a Recruiting Coordinator at Stripe, where effective partnership with recruiters facilitated a seamless candidate experience. Additional experience features production stage management with Jabbawockeez during the reopening of their show and earlier roles as a stage manager. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage and Production Management from Emerson College.
