Tushar Singla is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since July 2025, Tushar also founded Bytesphere Technologies LLC in January 2023, leading a team to develop an innovative multi-service stack for processing MRI images in hospitals. Previous roles include Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Nextdoor, where Tushar significantly reduced observability costs and upgraded databases to ensure ongoing AWS support. At Hyperfine, Tushar directed a team in creating a scalable authentication service and optimized device configuration processes, resulting in substantial cost savings.
