Adi Shemer

Adi Shemer has extensive experience in human resources, organizational processes, and people management. They currently hold the role of VP People & Culture at Antic since April 2022. Previously, Adi worked as the People Operations Lead at RightBound from July 2021 to February 2022. They also served as VP HR at Backpack.io from January 2016 to present, where they established HR strategies, supported the CEO, and designed organizational processes. Prior to that, Adi worked as VP HR & Operations at eVigilo from September 2012 to April 2016, focusing on HR management during a period of rapid company growth. They started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Amobee from June 2011 to June 2012, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, financial aspects, and site welfare activities. Adi's earlier experience includes working as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO at Bauman Ber Rivnai from 2007 to 2010.

Adi Shemer began their education journey in 2000 at Netanya Academic College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law. They successfully completed their degree in 2004. Continuing their education, Adi then enrolled at Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they focused on management and specialized in organizational consulting.
