Mette Langvik is currently the HR and HMS ansvarlig at Anticimex, where they are responsible for managing human resources and health and safety initiatives. Previously, Mette led the health and welfare division at Manpower Norway from 2014 to 2022 and held a senior consultant role at ManpowerGroup from 2007 to 2014, focusing on HR compliance and various projects. They also worked as a rådgiver at Utlendingsdirektoratet from 2000 to 2007, involved in asylum processing and system development. Mette earned a Cand.mag degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo between 1998 and 2000 and studied French Language and Literature at NTNU prior to that.
