Robert Young

Robert Young, Jr. has extensive work experience in the pest control industry. Robert began their career at Terminix in 2002, where they served as a Region Service Manager and later as a Division Service Manager. In these roles, they focused on improving operational performance and driving critical key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance customer value.

From 2011 to 2020, Young held various positions at Terminix, including Region Operations Director and Senior Operations Manager. In these roles, they oversaw sales and service operations for large markets, managed full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and led teams of employees.

In 2020, Young joined Anticimex as an Operations Manager, where they played a key role in establishing operational procedures and cost control measures for multiple locations. Robert later became the Chief Operating Officer, implementing KPIs to measure departmental performance and analyzing expenses to improve profitability.

Young also served as the Director of Fleet Operations at Anticimex, where they developed strategic oversight for a large fleet of vehicles. Robert implemented measures such as telematics and route optimization to reduce fuel costs and improve safety performance.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they have been certified as an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) by the Entomological Society of America in August 2010.
