Antidote is where cutting-edge science meets real-world wellbeing.

We help busy Londoners discover their unique antidotes by connecting them with the city’s best wellness practitioners and experiences. From yoga and breathwork to personal training and fitness curated events, every offering is backed by a foundation in science, and delivered by London’s top talent.

Founded by Dr. Errol Richardson and Dr. Nick Buckley, who met while completing their PhDs at one of the world’s leading obesity research labs at Imperial College London, Antidote is built on the belief that wellbeing should be both evidence-based and deeply human.

Our work spans luxury residential buildings, corporate environments, and curated events, all designed to bring high-quality wellness into everyday life. With a team of industry leading personal trainers, yoga specialists, Pilates teachers and holistic practitioners, Antidote is here to help you reach your individual fitness and wellbeing goals at home and at work.

Beyond service delivery, we reinvest in pioneering academic research to support the next wave of innovation in health and wellbeing.

We’re here to guide you on every step of your journey, connecting you with the best wellness practitioners and brands - whether it is to elevate your residential experiences or compliment your HR activities in the workplace.
