Mia Shaker

Mia Shaker has a diverse range of work experience. Mia worked as a Senior Software Developer at Antithesis starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at CGI from 2021 to 2022, where they delivered Angular work to clients and improved development and testing workflows. Mia also advocated for better documentation across the program. In 2020, Mia worked as an Intern at CGI, where they updated and fixed monitoring processes and won an intern challenge proposing an advanced analytics solution using Tableau for the VA. Mia also worked as a Math Grader at University of Virginia in 2020, grading for a proof-based class. Before that, Mia was a Lighting Assistant at UVA Drama Department from 2019 to 2020, where they assisted in large-scale installations and troubleshooting. Mia also worked as a Research Analyst at Shaker Financial Services, LLC in 2018 and 2019, backtesting proprietary trading algorithms and recommending changes to trading practices.

Mia Shaker pursued their education at the University of Virginia from 2017 to 2021. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, focusing on these fields of study.
