Carol Strobel

Carol Strobel is currently a partner at Antler. Prior to this, they were with Softplan, Empresas Randon, and LG lugar de gente. Carol has also been a board member at Programa Diversidade em Conselho (PDeC) and a mentorada at Fundação Getulio Vargas. In their previous roles, Carol Strobel has gained extensive experience in the fields of event planning, medicine, and entrepreneurship. This has allowed their to develop a well-rounded skillset that they have used to great effect in their current role at Antler.

Carol Strobel has completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in the field of negotiation. Carol also has a LLM in Law from The University of Sheffield and a LLB in Law from Universidade Federal do Paraná.

They are on a team with Andrea Hajdu-Howe - Partner, Head of Capital, Marcelo Ciampolini - Partner, and Rajiv Srivatsa - Partner. Their manager is Magnus Grimeland, Founder & CEO.
