Carolin Janmark is a co-founder and COO of Nicoya AB, a foodtech investment company focused on promoting healthier habits and sustainable lifestyles since January 2019. Janmark also serves as Co-Chair of the Board for El Taco Truck and holds board member positions at INIKA Superfoods, Oatlaws, Happy Habits, and Farmers & Chefs. Additionally, Janmark acts as an advisor at Antler, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes founding Sidekick Coffee Co. and serving as a growth consultant at Wiraya. Janmark holds a MSc from Chalmers University of Technology and has pursued education at Stanford University and UC Berkeley.
