Daniel Marcus

Daniel Marcus is a lawyer, start-up founder, and professor specializing in sports law, esports, and sports business. Currently, they serve as the Founding Partner at HLG, a law firm that supports creatives and entrepreneurs, and as Founder and CEO of SeatSwap, Inc., a tech company they established during college. Additionally, they teach at New York University, where they revamped a Business of E-Sports course, and contribute as a columnist for Kevin Durant's Boardroom. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Business from New York University.
