Gary Dolman

Gary Dolman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Antler since October 2019, Gary has a diverse background that includes advisory roles for startups as an adviser, NED, and mentor since March 2019. Notably, Gary co-founded Monzo Bank in February 2015, where responsibilities as CFO led to the establishment of a regulated bank with over 2 million customers and a valuation exceeding £2 billion. Previous positions include CFO at Starling, CFO of Mizuho Holdings International, and various roles at ABN AMRO, where responsibilities ranged from establishing global finance functions to overseeing compliance and risk management. Gary began the career at PwC as an Audit Manager, following an academic foundation in Accountancy from the University of Exeter.
