Jonathan Marriott

Jonathan Marriott is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of EMEA GTM at Glean, where responsibilities include building the EMEA team from the ground up. Additional roles include being a member of Pavilion and an Advisor Global at Antler, where Jonathan advises early-stage companies on go-to-market strategies. Previously, Jonathan held key leadership positions at BetterUp as Area Vice President of Sales EMEA and at Slack as Regional Vice President of Sales EMEA, achieving significant year-on-year growth. Jonathan's career began at Dell and includes substantive roles at Salesforce, where noteworthy accomplishments included leading company-wide sales strategies and consistently surpassing sales targets. Jonathan holds a BSc Hons from Bangor University and further education from the University of Westminster.
