Julia Kurkowski

Julia Kurkowski is an organizational psychologist and the Founder & CPO of aimea.ai, specializing in fair and explainable AI interviews. They have extensive experience in business psychology and consulting, including project work on career transitions and talent acquisition. Julia has held roles in education, having taught Spanish and provided remedial support at various schools. They have also contributed to change management and leadership development at Goldradt and are currently involved in health management and psychological prevention training with move UP GmbH. Julia holds multiple degrees in psychology, including a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and Business Psychology.
