Rio Hodges

Rio Hodges is an experienced venture capital investor currently serving as an Associate Partner and Senior Principal at Antler since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rio was a Principal and Director at frog from February 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included assisting companies in product innovation. Earlier experience includes working as an Innovation Strategy Associate at Fahrenheit 212 from July 2018 to February 2021 and as a Growth Equity Analyst at a private company from June 2017 to April 2018, focusing on Series B-C investments. Additionally, Rio contributed as a founding team member and Deputy Editor at The Startup Magazine in 2015, and managed a student-run VC fund at UCL Entrepreneurs during studies at University College London. Rio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Political Economy from NYU Stern School of Business.
