Robert Howes is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and advisory roles across various fintech companies. Currently serving as SVP Technology at Dojo and as an Antler Advisor since 2019, Robert coaches founders in building innovative companies. Previously, Robert held positions as CTO and Board Advisor at Judopay, and as Co-Founder and COO at Algomi, where a transformative technology for fixed income trading was developed. Earlier career roles include co-founding CapXD Ltd and working as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, where Robert spearheaded significant projects in financial technology. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
