Torsten Kolind is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Underground Ventures, the world's first specialized investment firm in geothermal energy technology. Torsten's extensive experience includes advisory roles and board memberships at various companies such as Blue Box Biomedical, Oasi. care, Uvisa Health, Rivet Ventures, Easysize, and Playhouse. As a Startup Grant Evaluator for Innovation Fund Denmark, Torsten evaluates grant applications for early-stage startups. Additionally, as a Founder in byFounders Collective, Torsten supports tech startups in the Nordics and Baltics. Torsten co-founded YouNoodle, a leading entrepreneurship competition platform, where responsibilities have spanned from CEO to CTO. In the academic realm, Torsten mentors startups at University College London and advises founders at Antler. Previous leadership experience includes serving as CEO and Board Member of Venture Cup, overseeing Denmark's annual business plan competition.
