Widya Utami has extensive experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and customer experience management, with a career spanning various leadership roles across prominent companies. At PT. XL Axiata Tbk, Widya contributed significantly to strategic PMO, customer experience initiatives, and area sales management, demonstrating proficiency in project charters, stakeholder communication, and sales operations. In the financial sector, Widya excelled at Citibank, achieving notable revenue targets and managing a substantial client portfolio. Currently, Widya holds the position of Vice President - Head of CRM and CX at Lazada, focusing on customer engagement and retention strategies, while also serving as CEO & Co-Founder of a startup aimed at enhancing customer interactions through AI solutions. Education was obtained from the University of the Ryukyus.
