Will Lee

Will Lee is an accomplished professional in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as the Regional Head of Startup Ecosystem for Amazon Web Services (AWS) across East Asia, including Japan and Korea since October 2019. Will has a strong background in collaboration with private equity firms, venture capitals, and startup organizations, particularly within the gaming sector. As an advisor for Antler since July 2022, Will focuses on investment strategies, product-market fit, and go-to-market approaches. Previously, Will contributed as a mentor at Techstars and held key positions, including Chief Business Officer at YAP Global and Founding Partner at Collz Dynamics, where early-stage startups were supported. Will began a career at LG CNS Co., Ltd. in business development, after serving as a Sergeant in the US Army. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. candidacy at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, an MBA from Stanford University, and degrees from the University of Queensland and Hongik University.
