Denecker Caroline has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as MSAT Knowledge Director at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson since September 2012, leading initiatives in Technical Excellence and Knowledge Management. Previous roles include Technology Transfer Transformation Lead and E2E Product Transfer Lead, overseeing project management and continuous improvement in product transfer processes. Denecker has held senior management positions focusing on production, quality assurance, and new product introduction, demonstrating leadership in managing large teams and complex operations. Educational credentials include a degree in Bioengineering from KU Leuven, along with executive education and certifications in leadership and quality system regulation. Currently, Denecker also holds the position of Fellow at Antleron.
