Daniel Jordán

Daniel Jordán has extensive work experience in the mining and metallurgy industry. Daniel currently works at Antofagasta Minerals as an Ingeniero Experto Procesos Sulfuros / Principal Processing. Prior to that, they worked at Anglo American where they held various roles including Process & Metallurgy Superintendent, Grinding Advisor, Development Metallurgist, Grinding Specialist, and Process Control Engineer. Before joining Anglo American, Daniel worked at De Re Metallica Ingeniería SpA as a Process Advisor and at CIMM TECNOLOGIAS Y SERVICIOS S.A. as a Process Engineer. Overall, they have a diverse range of experience in process engineering and metallurgy.

Daniel Jordán earned an Engineer's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile between 2001 and 2007. In 2013, they pursued Management in Mining at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, focusing on Management, Economy, Project Evaluation, and Management. Additionally, in 2012, they completed the Programme for Management Excellence at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Earlier in their academic journey, from 1995 to 2000, they attended Instituto Nacional General José Miguel Carrera for secondary education.
