•	Anton Paar GmbH develops, produces and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and process measuring systems, as well as customized automation and robotics solutions.
•	Anton Paar ShapeTec GmbH offers customer-specific solutions in sheet metal and joining technology.
•	Anton Paar SportsTec GmbH is specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-tech training systems for professional soccer sports.
•	Anton Paar ConsumerTec GmbH in Graz develops and sells measuring devices for the B2C sector.
•	24 Asset Management GmbH buys, develops and lets real estate.
•	Anton Paar Sudhaus GmbH is an employee restaurant and a two-toque evening restaurant with a show brewery on the premises of Anton Paar in Graz.

Since 2003, the Anton Paar Group AG has been owned by the non-profit Santner Private Foundation with an exclusively charitable purpose.

The history of the company began in 1922 in Graz (Austria) as a one-man repair workshop with master locksmith Anton Paar. In the mid-1960s, Anton Paar began developing and producing scientific measuring instruments. At the turn of the millennium, the company was already the world market leader in the fields of density and concentration measurement of liquids, measurement of dissolved carbon dioxide in beverages and in rheology. 
Strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions created a globally active group of companies with a consolidated turnover of 653 million euros in 2024.
