Ying Matner

Ying Matner is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and program support. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, and HR Specialist at Antra, Inc. since October 2013, Ying has honed expertise in talent acquisition and employee management. Prior experience includes working as a Program Support Specialist at Rosemount Center from October 2011 to July 2012 and as a Business Coordinator at Jasmine Smoothie World from September 2008 to September 2011. Ying holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Towson University and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wenzhou University, China.
