Amy Callaghan

Amy Callaghan is the Chief Operating Officer at Antser Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Service (Assessments) at Carter Brown from 2021 to 2023, and as Client Services Manager at Core Assets from 2013 to 2016, overseeing a variety of independent assessments. They began their career at Carter Brown as a Referrals Coordinator from 2010 to 2012. Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northumbria University between 2006 and 2009.
