Nadia Dooner

Nadia Dooner is currently working as the Head of Learning at Antser since July 2019. Prior to this, they were a Learning and Development Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover from August 2017 to July 2019. From November 2012 to August 2015, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Business in the Community. Before that, they held multiple roles at Arts & Business, including Regional Manager - Midlands from October 2009 to November 2012 and People Programme Manager from October 2005 to October 2009. Nadia also worked as an Account Manager at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce from September 2002 to October 2005. Nadia Dooner started their career as a Customer Satisfaction Programme Manager (Industrial Placement) at Xerox from August 2000 to August 2001.

Nadia Dooner completed their education at Aston University. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a degree in Managerial & Administrative Studies with a focus on Business Management. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD) with a specialization in Human Resources.
