Richard Dooner

Richard Dooner has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT and consulting industry. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Antser Ltd, a position they have held since October 2018. Before that, Richard worked at Capita for several years, holding roles such as Transformation Programme & IT Director, Director of Project Delivery, and Head of Change Programmes. Prior to their time at Capita, Richard also worked as the Transformation Director at Capita IT Services and as the Director of Programmes (Transition & Integration) at Capita IT Professional Services. Richard started their career as a Project Manager at Capita Business Services and previously served as an Operations Manager at BDG Consulting Ltd.

Richard Dooner completed their education in a chronological manner. Richard attended UCE from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an HNC in Business & Finance, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Following this, they enrolled at Birmingham City University from 2004 to 2008 and earned a BSc in Business Management, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Richard Dooner acquired several certifications. In April 2007, they obtained MoR® Certifications from APMG International. In July 2006, they became a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Furthermore, they obtained the MSP Practitioner certification in September 2008, although the institution is unspecified.
