Siobhan Harper

Siobhan Harper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. In their current role as Chief Executive Officer at Flourish Fostering since March 2023, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's overall operations. Prior to this, Siobhan served as the Chief Operating Officer at Antser, a company specializing in delivering solutions to the health, education, and social care sectors. During their time at Antser, they also held the position of Director of Business Development. Before joining Antser, Siobhan worked at Partnerships in Children's Services (PICS) as the Business Development Director and later as the Head of Group Marketing and Business Development. Siobhan has also served as the Head of Marketing at London Executive Offices, where they led the marketing efforts for luxury serviced office provider. Additionally, Siobhan has held positions such as Marketing Director at InPost UK, Owner/Director of Chiki Ceramiki Ltd, and Head of Marketing & Communications at the Institute of Groundsmanship. Siobhan began their career as the Brand Manager - Lifelong Learning at the Milton Keynes & North Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Siobhan's work experience demonstrates their strategic leadership abilities and their expertise in marketing, business development, and operations.

Siobhan Harper attended Thornton College in Thornton from 1985 to 1991. Siobhan then attended The Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham from 1992 to 1994. Siobhan completed a BA Degree in Russian from The University of Manchester from 1994 to 1997, specializing in Russian Studies.
