Jeff Dillon

As the Owner of Umbrella RV since April 2021, Jeff is a Certified RV Inspector and Technician, leveraging extensive experience as a long-time RV owner to assist with various RV-related needs. Previously, Jeff held roles at Cognizant Softvision from February 2015 to November 2020, including Customer Relationship Manager and Senior Customer Experience Consultant, where expertise centered on inventory planning for retailers. Jeff's career also includes significant positions in supply chain management, product management, and operations across several companies, dating back to 1985 in the automotive parts industry.
