Anu has spent more than 20 years in her care of the society. Anu believes that true success lies, not in what you achieve materially, physically, or intellectually but it is the spiritual well-being of a person that matters the most. 

AAF (Anu Aggarwal Foundation) was founded in 2017 by Anu. As she self-healed her PTSD with alternative yoga and a holistic approach towards health, AAF was built with the sole purpose to uplift humanity by optimizing their potential by positively structure their minds. 
Our mission is, to fund health, happiness, peace-igniting programs for the challenged, low-income groups slum children, HIV+, orphans, destitute women, high-stress adults and the like.
AAF helps people awaken their inner joy to balance, and handle stress. With a masters degree in social work, MSW, Anu serves the community wherever there is a void. AAF encourages to use meditation more than medication for swasthaya, health and harmony.
