Aritra Das

Aritra Das is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics at The Australian National University, with a focus on quality assurance and quality control (QI & QC) involving laser research. Prior to this, Aritra gained valuable experience as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Calgary, working on cloud-based quantum field theory and high-energy distributed computing under Professor Barry Sanders. Aritra also served as a Coordinator for the Music Club at IIT Kanpur and completed internships at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science on non-linear dynamics under Professor J K Bhattacharjee, and at the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata on quantum computation and information theory under Professor Guruprasad Kar. Aritra holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a High School Diploma in Science from The Future Foundation School.
