Arnagretta Hunter

Human Futures Fellow

Arnagretta Hunter serves as the inaugural Human Futures Fellow at the Australian National University, focusing on bushfire response and the intersection of climate change and health. Hunter also functions as a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the ACT Climate Change Council and is a member of the Commission for the Human Future. Additionally, Hunter chairs the Commission for the Human Future and holds a Fellowship with the Winston Churchill Trust. Previous roles include positions as a Physician and Cardiologist at The Canberra Hospital and Calvary Health Care ACT, as well as experience as a Consultant Physician at Rivinera Cardiology and a Cardiology Registrar at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Hunter's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Medicine and Public Health from the University of Sydney.
