Brian W. Taylor is an accomplished optics and detector specialist currently serving as Lead Optics Specialist at The Australian National University since August 2019. With a strong background in managing complex optical projects from conception to implementation, Brian has expertise in designing, testing, and maintaining electro-optic components for astronomical and space applications. Previous roles include Senior Research Scientist at Boston University and Instrument Scientist at Lowell Observatory, along with a consultancy at TI Research.
