Bryce Wakefield

Bryce Wakefield is currently the CEO at the Australian Institute of International Affairs, where they provide executive leadership and manage national and international partnerships. With extensive experience in foreign policy research, analysis, and event management, Bryce has previously held roles as a tenured academic in Asian Studies and International Relations at Leiden University and worked as a project leader at the EU-Australia Leadership Forum. Additionally, they have served as an Asia Program Associate at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and have contributed to multiple educational institutions as a lecturer and director. Bryce holds a Ph.D. in Political Studies from the University of Auckland, where they also earned a BA and an MA in International Public Policy from Osaka University.
