Cecilia Jacob

Cecilia Jacob is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in security studies, civilian protection, and the Responsibility to Protect. Currently an Associate Professor and Research Fellow at The Australian National University since January 2013, Cecilia previously completed a PhD at the same institution from July 2007 to July 2012. Prior to this, Cecilia worked as a researcher at AusAID from June 2006 to June 2007, focusing on governance and capacity building. Cecilia's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations from The Australian National University, a Master’s (Hons) in International Relations from the same institution, and a Bachelor’s (Hons, First Class, Magna Cum Laude) in International Affairs and Politics from The American University of Paris.
