Chao Ma

Chao Ma, PhD, currently serves as a Lecturer of Leadership at the Centre for Asian-Australian Leadership and as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Research School of Management at the Australian National University since April 2021. Prior to this role, Chao Ma held various positions at the same institution from September 2015 to December 2020, including Casual Academic Staff and multiple representative roles related to higher degree research. Earlier experience includes a full-time Research Teaching Assistant position at Hong Kong Baptist University and a short internship in Human Resources at MFLEX. Chao Ma earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Behaviour and a Master of Philosophy with First Class Honours Equivalent from the Australian National University, along with a Master of Business with Merit and a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours in Management of Human Resources from Hong Kong Baptist University.
