Christopher Ward SC is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in international and public law. Serving as Past President of the International Law Association (Australian Branch) since 2007 and a Senior Counsel at 6 St James' Hall Chambers since 1999, Christopher has established a prominent career in advocacy. Christopher is also an Associate Member at 3 Verulam Buildings and an Adjunct Professor at the Australian National University, where involvement includes shaping legal education. Previously, Christopher held the position of Past Chairman at Canberra Racing Club and worked as a solicitor at Allen Allen & Hemsley from 1993 to 1998. Academically, Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the University of Sydney, a PhD in International Law from ANU, and an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
