Clare Carnell

Clare Carnell is an experienced Barrister At Law with a generalist practice focusing on Contracts, Commercial Equity, ADR, Crime, Defamation, Evidence, Civil Liberties, and Administrative & Constitutional Law since September 2010. Additionally, Clare serves as a Sessional Member at the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal and as a Lecturer at The Australian National University, specializing in Litigation and Dispute Management. With a strong background in mediation, Clare is recognized as an Advanced Mediator and Faculty member at the London School of Mediation. Previous roles include Director at Independents for Canberra, Co-Founder and Board Member of the Australian Security Medals Foundation, and Spokesperson for Civil Liberties Australia.
