Gabrielle Lawrence

Gabrielle Lawrence is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic policy and project management within the Australian public sector. Currently serving in various roles at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet since May 2018, including Senior Advisor and a/g Assistant Secretary, Gabrielle is also pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at the Australian National University. Previous positions include General Manager at 1800RESPECT, Director at the Department of Social Services, and Director of Vocational Education and Training National Frameworks at the Department of Education. Academically, Gabrielle holds an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Social Work with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland.
