Inger Mewburn

Director Of Researcher Development

Inger Mewburn is the Director of Researcher Development at The Australian National University since February 2013. Previously, Mewburn served as a Research Fellow and Sessional Lecturer at RMIT University from January 1997 to December 2012, where responsibilities included coordinating professional development programs for research students and conducting research in doctoral education. Mewburn also held teaching positions at the University of Melbourne and Swinburne University, focusing on design, communications, and research methods. Earlier professional experience includes roles as a Visualisation Artist at Mirvac Pty Ltd and as a Graduate Architect at Lyons Architects. Mewburn holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from RMIT University.
