Jess Moore

Jess Moore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data science, software development, and operational management. Current roles include Chief Operating Officer at the Software Innovation Institute and Senior Manager at The Australian National University. Previously, Jess served as Board Director at Trumpf Software and worked with CSIRO's Data61. In various leadership positions at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, responsibilities included leading data analytical services and development. Jess founded Health Return and held analyst roles at the Australian Federal Police and Department of Defence. An accomplished academic, Jess holds a PhD in Astronomy & Astrophysics from The Australian National University, among other qualifications in governance and entrepreneurship.
