John Carver

John Carver is a distinguished academic in the field of chemistry, currently serving as Professor Emeritus and former Director at The Australian National University since July 2013. Prior to this role, John served as a Professor of Chemistry and held several leadership positions at the University of Adelaide from April 2004 to June 2013. John's earlier career includes notable positions at the University of Wollongong and the University of Adelaide, spanning from January 1986 to March 2004, and a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Oxford from 1983 to 1985. John earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Adelaide.
