Jonathan Tjandra

Jonathan Tjandra is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Counsel at the Australian Government Solicitor since January 2022, specializing in constitutional law, administrative law, public international law, and statutory interpretation. Tjandra has held a role as a Casual/Sessional Academic at The Australian National University since July 2015, teaching various law and politics courses. Previous experience includes serving as a Legal Research Officer at the High Court of Australia, a Policy Officer in the Attorney-General's Department, and an Adviser in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, focusing on legal policy issues. Tjandra also acted as the Managing Editor for ANU Student Media from late 2017 to 2019.
