Katrina Sluis currently serves as the Head of Photography & Media Arts and Co-Convenor of the Computational Culture Lab at The Australian National University, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Katrina was the Senior Curator of the Digital Programme at The Photographers' Gallery in London from November 2011 to July 2019 and a Senior Lecturer and Co-Director of the Centre for the Study of the Networked Image at London South Bank University from September 2004 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes sessional lecturer roles at the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales. Katrina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in New Media Curating from the University of Sunderland, an MA in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from London South Bank University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from UNSW.
