Libby Larsen

PHD Candidate - Crawford School Of Public Policy

Libby Larsen is a PhD candidate at the Crawford School of Public Policy, The Australian National University, since May 2021, focusing on Indigenous water justice. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Libby served as a Strategic Officer for Tourism NT from 2017 to 2020 and worked in strategic planning at Territory Natural Resource Management from 2015 to 2017. Previous positions include coordinating the Sea Ranger Program at the Northern Land Council and serving as a Research Officer at the Australian National University’s Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research. Libby's background in environmental management is supported by a Master of Applied Science from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure and Tourism from the University of Technology Sydney.
