Lindsay Botten is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in high-performance computing, with extensive experience in various roles within higher education. Currently self-employed as a consultant since August 2017, Lindsay holds the position of Emeritus Professor at both The Australian National University and the University of Technology Sydney, where a significant career includes titles such as Director of the National Computational Infrastructure, Professor, and Associate Dean of Research in the Faculty of Information Technology. Lindsay's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, followed by a PhD in Physics, both obtained from the University of Tasmania.
